Cancellation Policy

Please read the following Terms & Conditions  No refunds or credits if the participant misses a class due to illness, family vacations or otherwise  Classes missed by the teacher will be made up or refunded  Participants are to arrive promptly and no less than 5 minutes after the start of the lesson. This is to ensure as little disruption as possible to participants.  Participants agrees that tutors, contractors, employees & persons authorized by Lorraine Evert-Jordaan (ellejay Drama) shall not be liable or responsible or for any damage to property howsoever caused while the person is participating in any activity connected to ellejay Drama including loss, damage, injury or death caused by gross negligence or misconduct  The participant releases Lorraine Evert-Jordaan (ellejay Drama) to the full extent permitted by law from liability for any accident or personal injury sustained or suffered by participant
